Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was exactly what I needed for my trip to NY, spacious, clean, and with great washing facilities. The location is awesome, close to the subway and within walking distance of all the cool destinations. The service staff were really friendly and helpful. However, the limited dining options made it a bit challenging to find food easily.
I loved the hotel's beautiful view of the city from my room that, although small, was clean and neat. The service, especially from Janilda Arias, was outstanding making my stay feel very welcoming and professional. The location was excellent, close to main roads, Penn Station, and in a safe area. The dining experience was good, but I wished for more protein options. Overall, a great value for the price.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and quiet, with just a minor clicking sound occasionally. They were comfortable, but better suited for coffee drinkers than tea lovers. The service was welcoming and accommodating, except for a small issue with needing an additional credit card for booking confirmation. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown and uptown, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with limited options at times but overall satisfying. The facilities were adequate for my needs, and the pricing was reasonable.
The hotel offers very nice and comfortable rooms with a real view, but room 1703 had a lot of humidity, and the staff could be rude and accuse guests falsely. The service is extremely friendly with convenient amenities, but reservations might get canceled abruptly. The location is great for the price, near Penn Station and Madison Square Park, but there could be issues with bugs. The dining experience is average with bountiful food options. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money considering the facilities available.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are larger than many others in NYC, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. The service was helpful and accommodating, with assistance in setting up transportation and cleaning. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major subway lines and tourist attractions. The dining experience was decent, with some room for improvement in variety. Overall, a convenient choice with great rooms and service, although dining could be enhanced.
The hotel is conveniently located near various subway lines, making it easy to explore both midtown and downtown. The room was clean and well-supplied, though lacking in storage space. The service was outstanding, but some communication issues with the night clerk were a downside. The dining options were decent, especially for handmade pasta. The hotel facilities were in good condition overall.
The hotel is conveniently located near CVS, Whole Foods, and Best Buy, but lacks a fridge in the rooms. The carpeted rooms had a distinct smell of foot sweat, which was a drawback during my stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great for exploring shops and restaurants, but the rooms were in need of some maintenance and the dining options left something to be desired. The service, however, was top-notch and super friendly.
The hotel has modern and clean rooms with nice bath products, but the ventilation can be uncomfortable in winter and the showers may lead to water on the bathroom floor. The service is exceptionally accommodating, especially Sharon at the front desk, who made the stay pleasant and friendly. The location is fantastic for accessing the subway and food options, but the rooms can feel cramped. The dining experience offers ample options at good value, though the breakfast could have more tasty alternatives. The facilities are convenient and provide essential services.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable with a big bed, and the WiFi worked well, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. However, the rooms were a bit too small and humid, slightly affecting my overall comfort during the stay.
